How far away

Koka Kola Veins No More

I haven’t had a Coca-Cola in a while. Most people close to me won’t believe it since I’m known for having Coca-Cola in my blood. I finally was able to stop drinking it every now and then. It’s the best and the worst. So addictive. So goood. The first week without it was a pain in the arse. I’ve wanted to get off the sugar rush train for a long time - not just for the calories. Now I can take a glass if I’m at a restaurant in the weekends (it’s true that saying you will neeeever do anything again makes it harder to stop) but I never have Coke at home and I don’t drink several glasses every day any longer. So, instead of drinking Coke every day I drink maybe one glass in 10 days. Does it feel better? Yes. I don’t eat any candy or chocolate. That was easier to quit than the black gold. I work on the sugar cravings with sweet fruits, berries and lots of sex. And working out. Jump rope is my friend again as well as doing sit-ups on the yoga ball thingy. I just wish they could come up with a drink that tastes like Coca-Cola but won’t have aspartame or sugar in it. Both is evil.

P.S.1. I’m working on future exhibitions. I’ve never had one and I’m very excited about big plans being made for this and next year. I’ve always wanted my own personal work to get out there as well as my ‘commercial work’. The images in my book “Emotions” and my next book that will be part two of the story is closest to my heart and being able to maybe pay the bills with my ‘real work’ and sell prints would be a dream so I could work on more books and exhibitions and do some work shops for young girls etc. I’d also like to have time to write my book about how I went from hardly being able to walk around the house after suffering from agoraphobia to be able to travel the world and work with what I love - oh and finding love as well. Then maybe assholes talking about a “silver spoon” would shut it and get that you get nothing for free, you have to fight and never give up.

I’m soon leaving my place to look at engagement rings. Hey ho let’s go. This weekend I’m out of town, visiting the mans hometown and then I’m getting a new hair cut and leaves for Italy. Sweet. Hopefully I’m going to try the Olympus PEN camera out really good then… you’ll see the result later. I’ll upload from my weird arty hotel. But first, Swedish countryside with the to be husband.

Luuk jobbar på med detta lilla projekt: “Killinggänget kommer att inta Dramatens scen med start i höst. Med sig på scenen har de skådespelarna Malin Ek och Reine Brynolfsson. Vare sig titel eller handling är känd, men medlemmarna berättar för Dagens Nyheter att mycket kommer att kretsa kring gruppen själva, som ska bestämma sig för om de vill vare en grupp eller icke. – Det är en sorts självporträtt av hur vi låter, säger regissören Tomas Alfredson till DN. Premiären i september innebär scendebut för Killing-doldisarna Martin Luuk och Andres Lokko. – De har tydliga roller när vi är tillsammans så det kändes väldigt logiskt, säger Johan Rheborg till DN.”
